2025 Golf Marathon Date Announced!
Mark your calendars! The 7th Annual Wichita Golf Marathon is set for Monday, April 21, 2025, at Sim Park Golf Course. This exciting golf event will feature dedicated golfers attempting to play 100 holes from sunrise to sunset, all in support of junior golf in Wichita.
Why Support the Wichita Golf Marathon?
The Wichita Golf Marathon is more than just a day of endurance and passion for the sport – it’s about giving back to the community. The funds raised go directly to supporting junior golf programs, breaking down financial barriers, and providing more opportunities for kids to enjoy the game.
In 2019, our organization paid for approximately 500 junior golf rounds. Thanks to the incredible support from the community, we expanded our efforts to offer year-round access. By 2024, we saw that number skyrocket to nearly 5,000 rounds!
Our 2025 Goal: Over 5,000 Rounds!
With your help, we aim to increase the number of junior golf rounds played in 2025 to more than 5,000. To achieve this, we’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal of $50,000.
Your contribution will go directly toward:
Course fees for junior golfers.
Coaching programs to develop skills and sportsmanship.
Community outreach to introduce more kids to the game.
